God desires people to be peace makers, and not peace breakers. If you find yourself in the midst of people who are constantly causing confusion and trouble, then you need to stay away or dismiss yourself from their company so you will not get caught up in the middle, and your name can stay clear and clean. Some people don’t mind having a dirty name, and don’t mind making other people’s name dirty, as well.
Psalms 133:1 says “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in peace!”
