Encouragement for May 18, 2017

“A word of wisdom a day keeps distractions and foolishness away.”

In life, you will cross the path of people who will pretend to be more than who they really are, as well as pretend to have more than what they really have. People who are wise do not pretend to be someone or something they are not because that is deceptive, and it also causes the person to be considered as a liar; neither does a wise person boast and brag about what they have. The wealthiest people in life are those who possess wisdom and do not bring attention to themselves by making others think they are living a luxurious lifestyle.

Proverb 13:7 says “Some people pretend to be rich but really have nothing. Others pretend to be poor but really are wealthy.” (NCV)

Be blessed, be encouraged

and have a great day.
