God Is Closer To You Than You Could Imagine

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

There may be times when you may be going through something and you may feel as if you are all alone. Even at times when you may pray, you may feel as if God is very far away, almost as if God cannot see you nor hear your prayers because you are not even seeing results to your prayers at the time being answered. Always, remember that God sees and hears everything, and God will never leave you especially at the time when you need Him the most because God loves you too much, as well as cares about everything that concerns you.

Psalm 31:22 says “In my distress, I said, “God cannot see me!” But you heard my prayer when I cried out to you for help.” (NCV)

Be blessed, be encouraged and have a great day.

God Has Your Back, So Why Are You Afraid Of Someone Stabbing You In It?

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

When a person really knows who has their back, then that person does not have to go around daily looking over their shoulder to see who is behind them trying to stab them in their back. Even though people should always use wisdom and discernment by being watchful and mindful of their surroundings and even the people they entertain, as well as who they connect themselves with, no individual should ever walk around living in fear of other people doing hurt or harm to them. Something on the inside of a person will always alert them to let them know when something or someone is not right to be around or that a person does not have their best interest at heart. So until a person gets a warning sign about something or someone, they should continue to live in peace and be happy making every moment of their life count and even when they get a warning about something or someone, they should then pray for wisdom so they will know how to be safe and protected in the process.

Psalm 27:1 says “The Lord is my light and the one who saves me. So why should I fear anyone? The Lord protects my life. So why should I be afraid?” (NCV)

Are You Really Prepared To Go To Bed

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

There will be times when everyone in life may get upset or angry at someone or may even get upset or angry about something. Whatever the case or however the situation may be, a person should never go to bed angry because anger that is not dealt with can lead to bitterness, hatred, resentment and even unforgiveness. A person should always try to resolve their problems if possible, and most of all never go to sleep with anger in their heart. A person who is angry will never have peace in their heart, mind, soul nor their sleep until they deal with the issue at hand. Sometimes, it is as simple as a person coming face-to-face with themself.

Psalm 4:4 says “When you are angry, do not sin. Think about these things quietly as you go to bed.” (NCV)

Be blessed, be encouraged and have a great day.

Your Mind, As Well As Your Body Needs Rest

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

There will be times when a person may have a hard time falling asleep at night, and then may even fall asleep, and still cannot sleep as they should because they will not be able to rest due to having no peace within their mind, because of things they may have went through and dealt with throughout the course of their day; whether it was people, situations, circumstances or things. No matter what it may be that a person is dealing with, everyone must be able to not only sleep and eat to keep their bodies functioning and going as they should, but every individual must also rest their bodies and minds, as well in order to properly maintain and function also. There are some things that no one will ever have control over in their life, and those things that a person cannot control, they should also not allow those things to take control of them by just releasing and letting them go in prayer. Once something is released in prayer, it should not even be taken to bed with you at night, because that is the time for you to rest, not just your body but also your mind.

Psalm 3:5 says “I can lie down to rest and know that I will wake up because the Lord covers and protects me.” (ERV)

Psalm 4:8 says “At day’s end I’m ready for sound sleep, for you God have put my life back together.” (MSG)

Be blessed, be encouraged and have a great day.

Real Love Straight From The Heart

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

Everyone is required to love others and a person’s love for others should always be real and genuine; straight from the heart. If a person says they love others, but the love is not real, a person can normally see when it is fake and phony, and can see when a person is pretending to love versus having real love. When real love is being displayed, a person will know it because they can feel it.

Romans 12:9-10 says “Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.” (NLT)

What Is Your Choice With God? To Stay Or Walk Away

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

As God has promised many times in His word, He will never leave a person nor forsake them; so His word is true because God never lies or says anything just to make a person feel good. Even though God never walks away and out of the life of people, there are many people who walk away from God daily, without realizing and giving thought of how they are really disconnecting and cutting, not only themselves off from God but also disconnecting and cutting themselves from the blessings of God. God will never force a person to stay in relationship with Him; God allows each person to make the choice on their own if they want to be connected to Him or not.

Romans 11:22 says “So you see that God is kind and also very strict. He punishes those who stop following Him. But God is kind to you, if you continue following in His kindness. If you do not, you will be cut off from the tree.” (NCV)

Wisdom Will Represent A Person’s Lifestyle

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

A person’s life speaks for itself by the way a person carries and represents themself. A person does not have to walk around carrying a sign announcing who they are nor do they have to make it a point of proving to others what their status, title or position is in life. All a person needs to do is just simply be themself by living right, and doing right and honest things, and it will cause other people to know who the person really is because what is on the inside of a person will actually show up on the outside of the person.

James 3:13-15 says “Are there any among you who are really wise and understanding? Then you should show your wisdom by living right. You should do what is good with humility. A wise person does not boast. If you are selfish and have bitter jealousy in your hearts, you have no reason to boast. Your boasting is a lie that hides the truth. That kind of “wisdom” does not come from God. That “wisdom” comes from the world. It is not spiritual. It is from the devil.” (ERV)

Wisdom Is Available For Everyone Who Asks For It

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

In order to make it through life successfully, wisdom is needed. The only way that a person can obtain wisdom is through God because only God can give a person wisdom. God desires that everyone has wisdom, although God also knows that there are some individuals who may lack wisdom. Because God desires that no one is foolish, the heart of God is that a person who lacks wisdom will ask Him for wisdom, and will then receive it by faith by trusting and believing and not doubting, and will begin to operate in wisdom in each area of their life.

James 1:5-8 says “If any of you need wisdom, ask God for it. He will give it to you. God gives freely to everyone. He doesn’t find fault. But when you ask, you must believe. You must not doubt. People who doubt are like waves of the sea. The wind blows and tosses them around. A man like that shouldn’t expect to receive anything from the Lord. He can’t make up his mind. He can never decide what to do.” (NIRV)

You Can Have Joy While Going Through The Process

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

In life, every person will go through things that may not always look or feel good, but yet what every person goes through will have a way of working out for their good. The things a person may go through in life are specifically designed to teach the person how to be patient; while also designed as well to build, strengthen and test the person’s faith. Nothing a person ever goes through in life is designed to break the person; only to make the person into becoming a better, wiser, stronger and maturer person.

James 1:2-3 says “My brothers and sisters, you will have many kinds of trouble. But this gives you a reason to be very happy. You know that when your faith is tested, you learn to be patient in suffering.” (ERV)

Let God Deal With Those Who Do You Wrong

“Applying wisdom to your life each day will help you keep distractions and foolishness away.”

There may be times when someone may intentionally do you wrong and immediately your first instinct is to do wrong in return to the person who wronged you. The best and wisest thing to do for the person is to immediately put the person into the hands of God, and pray for the person, as well as the wrong they did and allow God to deal with the person on your behalf, and you will come out on top as the winner in the complete situation.

Proverb 20:22 says “Don’t ever say, “I’ll pay them back for what they did to me!” Wait for the Lord. He will make things right.” (ERV)

Be blessed, be encouraged and have a great day.
